The rooms here were super clean and had a gorgeous view. Being up on a hill was pretty cool and gave us a nice perspective. Plus, there was a neat historic museum just 3 km away which was a nice bonus! 🏞️.

Thanks for the such great stay at walking distance from a monastery that I highly recommend for a visit. The location is beautiful, close to old harbour. Moreover, it is very close to an amazing organic restaurant, a nice beach and a monastery.

This place is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind near the beach with a beautiful view.

The rooms are poorly equipped, the water of the bathroom sink did not work although we notify the staff they did not fix it and we had to wash our hands in the bath tab! Breakfast was only some slices of bread with marmalade and paline cream...and some cake among with orange juice milk and coffee...

breakfast was very poor for a 3* hotel, room was not clean, perfumaries (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, ect) were not provided,far away from the city cente althought the owner drives you to/from the city center which is good.

The location was excellent, situated on a hill within walking distance to a monastery that I highly recommend visiting.

Nothing with the hotel was good, but Spetses is a very nice place.

This hotel was terrible. The price was to high and the service provided by the "hotel manager" was bad. Seems to be a hotel that slowly is going down. Breakfast was bad with only 2 kind off jelly, no cheese or ham. I will not recomend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, giving us rides and advices on where to go and what to do. Even though we were the only guests, everything was prepared - breakfast, pool, music... Room was clean and quite - just fine for 2 nights.

This newly renovated room has a beautiful view and the staff here are really helpful and excellent, with private parking available on-site - everything is good!

The management was very friendly and we felt like part of their close friends.:)

I m travelling the last 8 years in Spetses island and this is the best hotel concerning the money.Whatever you pay,you get.Some of the rooms need little rennovation but they are clean so who cares? The view is unforgettable! The owners made us feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend it.

The accommodation was fantastic, offering beautiful views, and the on-site restaurant was a great bonus.

Only one slight thing to mention, Siesta between 15.00-17.00 bothered a bit, but this is not only in this hotel, seems that its the rule of the island.
